Inspection & Appraisals

We provide an all-inclusive industry/market study plus inspection of equipment. Report includes detailed limiting conditions, assumption, methodology, valuation summary, and evaluation of use. Our findings are clearly explained in a well-organized report including subject equipment photos, if desired. Reports are certified and ASA compliant.

Desktop Appraisals

When an inspection is not required, this report will give you a good feel for the industry, indicating the relevant factors affecting the value of the subject equipment. Reports are certified and ASA compliant.

Inspections

An independent inspection is imperative and standard procedure to satisfy third parties including (but not limited to) financiers/lenders, insurers, assessors, management.

A well-organized, detailed inspection will provide you the following benefits;

Verification of make, model, serial number, mileage or hours of use.
Ability to monitor assets during mid term to determine condition, location and level of use.
