Consultant

Ventures Middle East provides management consulting and business advisory services to companies globally. Our expert consultants focus on identifying the needs and requirements of our clients and develop strategies that achieve and sustain a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Advisory services department has more than 10 years of experience in handling consulting assignments for various government entities, investment firms, local business houses and venture capitalists in the region.

We are looking for multi-tasker, cross-functional consultants for all industries with experience/exposure to business planning, competitor assessment, feasibility studies, market reports, market sizing and organizational strategy. The role requires traveling across GCC. Consultants are assigned to one or more engagements at a time, and are asked to take on a broader role within the project team. Consultants can be assigned to clients in different regions and for various timeframes. At the consultant level, employees start to prepare for project leadership roles by leading key modules of the projects. Consultants are also responsible for converting their expertise and experience into intellectual capital that build on the firm's consulting methodology.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Leading a work stream or project module according to the area of their expertise
  • Identifying the analysis required and defining the approach to solve client challenges within the context of the project
  • Defining an approach for the work stream aligned with the overall project framework
  • Designing and developing solutions for the business challenges identified in the project
  • Conducting client interviews or workshops at managerial levels
  • Managing the client relationship for the work stream under the consultant's responsibility
  • Deriving business insight, conclusions and sound recommendations from client interviews and overall analysis
  • Preparing client-ready deliverables and/or presentations by actively leading a work stream
  • Developing intellectual capital that results from the project
  • Participating in business development efforts through content preparation and delivery on client proposals
 
Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree, Business Administration, Management or relevant
  • MBA Holder (a plus)
  • Must have valid UAE Driving License
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same capacity as Business Analyst, Associate or Consultant
  • Excellent business correspondence
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (Written & Verbal in English, Arabic a plus.)

Consulting Manager

We are looking for multi-tasker, cross-functional consultants for all industries with proven experience in managing a project from end-to-end and completing the required deliverables, as well as exposure to business planning, competitor assessment, feasibility studies, market reports, market sizing and organizational strategy. The role requires traveling across GCC.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managers take the leadership role on several concurrent projects. They also play a more prominent part in business development as well as developing junior colleagues through coaching or mentorship programs.

Business Development Executives primary responsibility is to sell MENA Construction Projects Database to Construction industry and to meet and or exceed the assigned quota within an assigned geographic territory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure his/her territory achieves or exceeds required quota
  • Ensure territory coverage to touch all opportunities on a scheduled basis< li>Independently develop processes to obtain leads through possible sourcing opportunities, and work closely with company partners to leverage prospects/clients

Sales Lead Management Coordinator

Proven working experience as Telesales or Telemarketing is a must. If you have excellent communication skills, strong customer service presence we would like to hear from you. The successful candidate will have the ability to prepare reports for daily activity and data entry for CRM project tracking. Experience with MS Excel is a must as well as the ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills. Sales experience associated to the construction industry, dealing with consultants, construction companies and sub-contractors is an advantage that will support your application.

    Business Continuity Management Consultant

    Ventures Risk Management & Compliance division provides a full range of services related to risk management and compliance including consultancy and training with specialized expertise in business continuity management and information security management. Our services keep your business anchored in the market through a practical, comprehensive and integrated business continuity management system. It is our core objective to offer end to end solutions for risk management, recovery measures and compliance based on ISO 22301 and National Emergency and Crisis Management Authority (NCEMA) standards. We aim to assist our clients to adequately respond to emergencies / disasters and eventually achieve ISO 22301 and NCEMA certifications.


    Primary Responsibility of the BCM Consultant is to oversee our major projects in business continuity, information security implementation and management.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Execution of major projects assignments for analysis, planning, development, implementation and management as per ISO 22301 and NCEMA requirements.
    • Establish and manage program requirements for business continuity internal audit scheme, monitoring and corrective action, and management review. Ensures the effective implementation of the ISO 22301, Business Continuity Management (BCM) process.
    • Carry out major projects assignments for ISO 27001 Information security.
    • Define, analyze, evaluate and documentation of client’s and related business units (including IT) functions, existing processes, legal requirements, new and critical requirements and their objectives.
    • Conduct a complete risk assessment for business function / unit issues and ways on how to reduce the risks through preventive and corrective actions. Develop and conduct awareness training for client’s and their business units whenever necessary.
    • Participation in client meetings and client interaction and business development presentations related to BCM consultancy and automation
    • Participating in business development efforts ranging from prospecting to preparation of sales materials and proposals.
    • Participation in client demonstrations for BCM tools
    • Leading the design of applicable solutions for the business problems identified during the project.
    • Develop and conduct awareness training for client’s and their business units whenever necessary. Design, develop and recommend recovery process structure, strategies, and management of business continuity with recovery solutions.
    • Other matters related to the development, implementation and management of BC.
     
    Experience & Qualification

    • Bachelor’s Degree/IT related
    • Fluency in English (Oral & Writing), Arabic is an advantage
    • At least 3-4 years’ experience in similar background
    • ISO 22301 Certified, ISO270001 is a plus
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Possess excellent negotiation and project management skills
