The primary responsibility of the Business Development Executive is to sell MEA Construction Projects Database to the Construction industry and to meet and or exceed the assigned quota within an assigned target.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather information on new projects within the various sectors under study by primary and secondary research techniques.
• Update projects within the database and assigned territories on a regular basis.
• Identify key industry trends to increase opportunities.
• Identify secondary and competitive market intelligence to provide strategic insights.
• To undertake ad-hoc research to support specific business cases as required.
• Ensure that all the updates are made within the stipulated time.
• Database management and administration.
• Should be aware of all the projects within the respective countries under study.
• Have a proper understanding of all the activities of the company and its subsidiaries.
• Should keep him/her updated with the trends of the Country’s construction industry.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 -2 years of experience
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic (French is an added advantage)
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Excellent computer literacy including the ability to create presentation and infographics with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent writing skills
