Senior Consultant – Risk Resilience (Arabic Speaker)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experienced in international standards (COSO / ISO 31000/ ISO22301/ CBCI).
• Have a strong understanding of Risk and Resilience Management.
• Experienced in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework lifecycle.
• Experienced in Business Continuity and Crisis Management lifecycle.
• Experienced in developing ERM and BCMS Policies, Procedures, Forms, and Strategies.
• Experienced in developing Risk Registers, KRIs, and Risks Heatmap for enterprise.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to influence stakeholders positively to take necessary actions.
• Have good presentation, analytical, and report writing.
• Experienced in creating various Internal Reports and Dashboards using MS Office.
• Experienced in identifying, assessing, evaluating, and mitigating business risks.
• Track and report on the Project deliverables and timelines.
• Identify areas of improvement and suggest changes.
• Put controls in place to ensure work is recorded and tracked properly and reported accurately.
• Organize and participate in review meetings, prepare MoMs and follow up on actions.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in ERM and BCM.
• Certified in COSO/ ISO33100/ ISO22301/ CBCI.
• Experience in driving Risk and Control Self-assessment activities.
• Ability to build reports with stakeholders and ability to influence to get the required data on time.
• Excellent with Management Reporting, Reviews, Data Analytics.
• Hands-on experience in Governance, Risk modelling, and Data analytics.
• Having experience in Risk Management related program implementation.
• Good knowledge of the latest regulatory requirements.
• Arabic language is preferred.
• Strongly collaborative and possess problem-solving skills.
• Should be flexible with the work hours.
• Able to organize and motivate others.
