Roles And Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Engaging with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.

Project Management: Assisting in project planning including the definition of project scope, timeline, and resource requirements. Contributing to the execution and delivery of consulting projects collaborating closely with the project team.

Problem Solving and Analysis: Identifying complex business problems and providing strategic solutions.
Team Leadership: Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, and ensuring their professional development.

Strategy Development: Assisting the Project Manager in defining the clients business strategies, growth
plans, and operational improvements. Contributing to the development of actionable insights and recommendations that would drive organizational change for client.

Client Presentations: Assisting in preparing and delivering presentations to clients, often at the executive level. Effectively communicating consulting findings, recommendations, and progress updates.

Operating Model Experience: Demonstrating a proven track record of designing, optimizing, and implementing effective operating models for organizations across various functions, in line with best practices, standards and the organizations key elements. Analyzing various operating models and providing strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

•  Minimum 4 years experience preferably with 2+ years in a consulting firm background.
• Willingness and ability to travel, if required.
•  Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being able to cope
  well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Arabic Proficiency in
  delivering and presenting is a must.
•  Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities.
•  Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Client-Focused Approach: A deep understanding of client needs and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
•  Project Management Abilities: Experience in managing consulting projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
•  Experience in Project management, Strategy & Transformation experience, Customer
• Experience or Digital Transformation. (PMP certification will be a plus)
